That any distance no matter how short is enough to bring the smile to your face for the whole day!

Take it easy on the recovery, listen to your bod & I'm sure those goals you are thinking about will come to fruition.Jenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15127931122533446838noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-28594603.post-45394101397787877492007-09-24T15:38:00.000-04:002007-09-24T15:38:00.000-04:00Ahhh Yes the return to running. And the bartering with the "coach".... very nice I keep trying to make some deal with the orthopedic that will somehow allow me to run further right now... I wanna run farther now.... but so far I'm at most 10 miles a week and on average only about 6 miles. Keep your head up Jodi! Just take it slow and don't build up too quickly or could be back in the same situation very shortly. I'm now running injury free for 9 months and it feels fantastic! Enjoy the 6 miles a week because think of how many people are mortified at trying to run even 1 mile a week.Mehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11847716951917412035noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-28594603.post-79786961645345244702007-09-23T23:14:00.000-04:002007-09-23T23:14:00.000-04:00I'm jealous! I forget what that part of the country looks like sometimes. It's been 10 years since I left Erie. The old bridges are the most striking things to me. Thanks for posting the pics.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02378547566593756176noreply@blogger.com
